What is your cancellation policy?

We are a small restaurant with high demand for tables and are affected by late cancellations and no-shows. We respectfully ask that if you are unable to make your booking, to please cancel at least 24 hours before. We secure all bookings with card details, which are stored securely. Parties that no show or cancel less than 24 hours prior to their booking will be charged £20 per person.

Do you cater for large groups?

Yes, you can make a group booking through the reservations section of our website. For larger bookings we require a deposit of £10 per person, which is paid when you make your reservation. This deposit comes off your final bill on the night. If it is a group of 12 or more we also ask for a pre-order for your food. Can I get gluten free pizza?

We can provide all our pizzas with a gluten free base and a gluten free option for most of our other dishes. We can't guarantee that our gluten free options are 100% coeliac friendly as they are made in a kitchen where we use a lot of wheat flour. But we do take every measure we can to make them as suitable as possible.

Can I bring a birthday cake?

As a small business, we would prefer that you order from our range of desserts. If you wish to bring a birthday cake, we are happy to present and serve it for you at a charge of £3 per guest.

Are you dog friendly?

We love dogs! They are welcome in Renato’s everywhere except in the restaurant upstairs.
